Reading at Queen Books

Toronto friendlies! Next week Ann Choi and myself will be reading at Queen Books.

If you haven’t read Ann’s beautiful book Kay’s Lucky Coin Variety, you should! It is set in the same time and landscape as Ghost Warning, and it is easy to imagine our fictional characters passing one another on the windy paths of Trinity Bellwoods, or waiting at a streetcar stop together. Making the evening extra cool, is the fact that Ann and I went to high school together, same homeroom, so for any Oakwood alumni out there – it will be a bit of a reunion!

Road trip!

I am so excited to be doing a mini-tour of readings with the amazing Angie Abdou. On Oct 2^nd, we will be at the Vancouver Public Library from 7-8:30. On Oct. 3^rd, we will be at Bolen Books in Victoria 7:00. And on October 4^th, we will be reading on beautiful Salt Spring Island

September 30th Come celebrate the launch of GHOST WARNING!

A local shingding at Sunshine Coast Arts Council on Medusa St. in Sechelt. Doors open at 6:30, reading and signing from 7-8. After 8, the always kick ass Gut Bucket Thunder will be playing a set of down and dirty rock n’ roll.

September 29th and 30th 11:00 to 1:30 Talewind Books

I will be at Talewind Books in Sechelt signing books and handing out invites to the launch. Come on out and support our amazing local independent bookseller.

September 18th Ghost Warning will be in stores!

I will be signing books at Vancouver’s Book Warehouse at 632 West Broadway Street from 1-3

Sunshine Coast Friendlies!
